Our 7-Step Installation Process

1. 1. Site assessment & design. We measure, check levels, drainage and access, then spec the right pile height (40mm, 50mm or 60mm), infill and shock pad for your budget and level of play.
2. 2. Earthworks & drainage. The area is excavated, shaped to falls and fitted with drainage so the pitch never floods.
3. 3. Crushed stone sub-base. A compacted stone base creates a stable, level, free-draining foundation that lasts for decades.
4. 4. Shock pad underlay. A foam shock pad adds certified impact absorption for player safety and a natural feel.
5. 5. Turf laying & seaming. Rolls are laid, joined with seaming tape and adhesive, and white line markings are cut in permanently.
6. 6. Silica sand & rubber infill. Rounded silica sand is brushed in first to support the fibres, followed by rubber granules for cushioning and ballast.
7. 7. Final grooming & handover. The pitch is power-brushed, inspected and handed over match-ready with a maintenance plan.
